Who is AB
Alex Butschies [AB] is a clinical physiologist who has spent 15 years studying, practicing and applying the Art of Basic Physiology to help people from all walks of life. He poses a deep clinical background in the chronic and complex health space, specifically PTSD, anxiety, and pain/injury management.
This clinical work was balanced with a high level sporting background across multiple sports across his life. Currently AB is involved in the combat sports realm, specifically Jiu Jitsu/Submission Grappling and mixed martial arts (MMA).
Working with clients from two very different ends of the health and performance spectrum has resulted in AB developing abroad understanding and approach to helping clients achieve their health goals.
